Janice Moore
Principal Designer and Director
Janice has extensive experience designing commercial and residential projects. Her design career began with building technically complex offices across the United States for the investment bank, Goldman Sachs & Co., where she continually exceeded expectations, offering creative solutions and completing projects on time and on budget. She brings business professionalism and technical expertise to Moore Design Collaborative’s clients. Janice has a talent for really understanding clients’ needs and helping them envision solutions for what can be.
Janice attended the School of Architecture at Rhode Island School of Design(RISD) and obtained a Bachelor’s of Interior Architecture. She took coursework including architecture, landscape architecture, industrial design, lighting, and acoustics. She was accepted into the European Honors Program, where she studied art, architecture and her studio critics included famed architects such as Michael Graves, Stanley Tigerman and the founders of Italy’s Superstudio.
Janice takes a holistic approach to design, putting purpose and function first and achieving balance by considering spatial relationships, light, acoustics, colors, and textures.
Lindsay combines creativity and technical expertise in her work as an interior designer. She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the Fashion Institute of Technology. Her keen eye for aesthetics is enhanced by her extensive training in interior design, which includes courses such as Styling for Visual Presentation (DE 143), Professional Practices and Communication for Interior Design (INDS-1073), and Technical Drawing for Interior Design (INDS-1071).
Before transitioning into interior design, Lindsay developed her skills as an Assistant Designer and Tech Designer at Delta Galil USA. There, she was instrumental in assembling tech packs, creating detailed bills of materials (BOMs), and producing specification sheets and grading. This hands-on experience provided her with a solid foundation in the technical aspects of design, ensuring that her aesthetic vision is supported by practical execution. Lindsay has also worked on high-profile client presentations, including design boards for major brands like Tommy Hilfiger and Kenneth Cole. This experience has further refined her ability to blend visual storytelling with functional design, resulting in spaces that are both beautiful and purposeful.
Robert Moore
Rob is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in the Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical, and Financial industries. Over the course of his career, Rob has worked with major organizations such as Goldman Sachs, Hoffmann LaRoche, Schering Plough, and Mannkind.
With a deep understanding of technology strategy development, system development life cycle (SDLC), and regulatory compliance, Rob has specialized in Computer System Validation, Cybersecurity, and ensuring adherence to industry standards such as GxP, SOx, and HIPAA. His ability to align business needs with cutting-edge technology solutions has consistently led to successful outcomes across a diverse range of projects.
Rob leverages his broad technology expertise to manage complex projects, streamline operations, and ensure that all systems and technologies align with business objectives. His leadership and ability to integrate cutting-edge solutions within industry regulations make him a valued contributor to any team or project.
Principal Specification & Construction Manager
Johanna is an experienced project manager who leads complex, high-profile events across various industries worldwide. With a background in managing business-to-business trade shows, Johanna has honed her expertise in production management, budgeting, and customer service, making her a valuable asset to any project.
She is skilled in developing production timelines, managing budgets, conducting cost risk analysis, and reporting progress against plans, ensuring that each project runs smoothly from start to finish.
With a keen eye for detail, a strategic approach to problem-solving, and a commitment to excellence, Johanna is a dedicated project manager who excels in driving successful outcomes for every project she oversees.
